Withdrawal from the Contract (Right of Return).
1. A consumer who has entered into a distance contract has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which they (or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer) received the goods.
2. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the consumer to send a notification regarding the exercise of their right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. The statement may be submitted electronically to the email address: familybooks.store@gmail.com or in writing to the address: ul. Bajeczna 20 m. 34, Krakow 31-566.
3. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller shall immediately refund all payments received from the Consumer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the Consumer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller), and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller was informed of the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
4. The Seller may withhold the refund until receipt of the goods or until proof of the return of the goods has been provided, whichever occurs first.
5. The Consumer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller or hand them over to a person authorized by the Seller to receive them immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day on which they withdrew from the contract. The deadline is considered met if the Consumer returns the goods before the 14-day period expires. 6. The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods (return shipping costs).
7. The consumer is liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
